The new Blue Mountains festival is set for 12 September, with a costume contest followed by a film matinee and live theatre organ music.

Mount Victoria will hold its new film themed festival on Saturday 12 September 2026, bringing cinema, fashion, music, markets and performance into the Blue Mountains town.

MTNS MADE lists Mount Vic Fest from 10am to 4pm, with Station Street given as the location. The official festival page describes a town wide event involving local businesses and venues, so visitors should expect activity beyond the main street listing.

The festival follows BAZfest in 2025 and is being put together by the Mount Victoria Business Association, Mount Victoria Community Association, Mount Victoria Public School and its P&C.

For costumers, the practical attraction is a contest scheduled for 12.30pm.
