Bookings are now open for Steampunk Goulburn 2026, being held at the Goulburn Historic Waterworks on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026.

Admission tickets, accommodation packages, SteamWorks reservations and places at the Saturday night Steampunk Banquet are already available.
The complete festival timetable and 2026 site plan are still being finalised, so individual performance times and some activity locations will be announced closer to the event.
Tickets
Online one-day admission is:
- Adults — $19
- Seniors/concession — $16
- Children aged 5–15 — $9
- Family of two adults and two children — $45
- Children under five — free
Two-day passes are:
- Adults — $25
- Seniors/concession — $22
- Children — $13
- Family — $58
Gate prices are slightly higher, with cash and card payments available.
The Steam Stay and Savour packages combine two-day festival admission with access to accommodation discounts at participating Goulburn hotels and motels.
Tickets should be purchased through Humanitix, the official ticketing provider for the event.
SteamWorks
SteamWorks activities are free with festival admission, with some sessions requiring advance reservations and others available as drop-in activities.
Saturday sessions include cloth patch decoration with Southern Tablelands Arts, mask making, a book development session with Michael Meyer and tea leaf reading.
Sunday includes neurographic art, outdoor sketching with Southern Tablelands Arts and another book development session with Michael Meyer.
Visitors can also expect a much broader program across the weekend, including working steam engines, vintage games, penny farthings, horse and carriage rides, circus acts, live music, roving performers, tea and parasol duels, sword fighting, hobby horse races, markets, food stalls and the costume parade.

Saturday night Steampunk Banquet
The separate Steampunk Banquet will be held from 6.30pm–9.30pm on Saturday 17 October at the Mill Bar, Goulburn Brewery, 23 Bungonia Road.
Guests may arrive from 6pm.
Tickets cost $120 per person and include a three-course shared menu, live music and an arrival drink.
Combined packages including the banquet, two-day festival admission and accommodation discounts are also available.
Parking and accessibility
There is no general public parking inside the Goulburn Historic Waterworks.
Limited parking is available near the entrance, including accessible parking spaces, and a shuttle service is planned from the Goulburn Mulwaree Council car park near Bourke and Clifford streets.
Visitors should also remember that the Waterworks is a historic outdoor site, with areas of crushed granite, grass, slopes and uneven ground.
Accessible toilets will be available and Companion Card ticketing options are offered through Humanitix.
